We start where you are

Whether you're self-identifying and not seeking assessment, waiting for assessment, or formally diagnosed.

What might you be looking for?

These are examples, not fixed categories. You might recognise yourself in more than one area, and coaching is shaped around what is useful to you.

Area of support
What this can look like
What coaching might focus on
Work and working life
  • Feeling overwhelmed by competing demands
  • Struggling to prioritise or judge how long things will take
  • Finding interruptions or switching between tasks disruptive
  • Having too little structure, or working within structures that do not fit how you work
  • Difficulty asking for adjustments or explaining what you need
  • Understanding where work demands and existing structures are creating friction
  • Developing practical systems for planning, prioritising and follow-through
  • Adapting working patterns where possible
  • Communication and self-advocacy
  • Workplace adjustments and Access to Work where relevant
Planning, organisation and follow-through
  • Knowing what you need to do but struggling to get started
  • Tasks or commitments slipping out of view
  • Difficulty deciding what to do first
  • Underestimating how long things will take
  • Plans becoming overwhelming or too complicated to maintain
  • Finding that systems and routines work for a while and then fall away
  • Building clarity about what is happening and why certain patterns keep recurring
  • Looking at the demands, environment and existing systems around them
  • Identifying what is creating friction
  • Developing and testing practical approaches to planning, task initiation, prioritising, time management and organisation that fit more naturally into real life
Understanding your ADHD
  • Recognising the same patterns across work, home or relationships but not always understanding what is behind them
  • Finding that advice which seems straightforward for other people does not work reliably for you
  • Noticing that your capacity changes depending on the task, environment or level of interest
  • Wanting a clearer understanding of your own strengths, difficulties and ways of working
  • Making sense of recurring patterns and the factors that may be contributing to them
  • Exploring how ADHD and executive-function demands show up for you
  • Identifying what already helps, what increases friction and why
  • Using that insight to make more informed choices about the systems, structures and support you use
Assessment and diagnosis transitions
  • Suspecting ADHD and wanting support without pursuing assessment
  • Waiting a long time for an assessment
  • Receiving a diagnosis and reconsidering experiences that previously did not make sense
  • Being diagnosed later in life and wondering what, if anything, you want to approach differently
  • Creating space to make sense of what you are noticing or learning about yourself
  • Separating useful insight from assumptions about what ADHD 'should' look like
  • Identifying patterns and practical needs in the here and now
  • Deciding what changes, strategies or support might be worth exploring — without coaching trying to assess or diagnose you
