You might know what you need to do, yet struggle to get started. Perhaps you’re keeping everything going, but it takes more effort than other people realise. Or you’re making sense of a late ADHD diagnosis and wondering what could work differently for you. Maybe you want to explore how to advocate for yourself at work, or how to navigate the work environment in a way that fits your brain.
Coaching gives us space to explore what’s happening, understand your strengths and build on what already helps. Together, we’ll develop practical ways to approach everyday life and work, testing and adapting them around you.
I bring psychological knowledge, professional experience and my own experience of late diagnosis to a collaborative, non-judgemental approach.
I’m Rosie, a Certified ADHD Practitioner with a Psychology degree and 12 years’ experience in education. I’m offering a limited number of coaching places at a training rate while I undertake further specialist training towards ADHD Coach certification, followed by Advanced Coach training.
Sessions are online for adults across the UK:
- Six 60-minute sessions: £180
- Twelve 60-minute sessions: £300
