Optional standalone session

If you would prefer one focused session without committing to a package, you can book a standalone 60-minute session for £120. You do not need to book this before choosing a package.

If you book a package within 14 days, the £120 is applied to the package price and the standalone session is included within the package’s total number of sessions. You pay the normal package total, with only the remaining balance due.

The standalone session is a one-off starting option rather than a pay-as-you-go alternative to the packages.
