Who we are
Rora Studio is a coaching and education practice. For any question about your information, contact us at hello@rorastudio.co.uk.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- Through the enquiry form: your first name, last name, email address, what you are enquiring about, and your message.
- When you book a free introductory call: your name, email address, and anything you add to the booking.
- If you email us directly: whatever you include.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, to arrange and deliver sessions, and to keep records of our work together. Where you have accepted analytics cookies, we also use aggregated, non-identifying data from Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people use the site and whether our advertising leads to enquiries or bookings. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or retargeting.
Lawful basis
We process your information to respond to your request and to take steps towards a service you have asked about, and where relevant on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
The tools we use
We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Tally powers our enquiry form.
- Calendly powers our intro-call booking.
- Krystal hosts our website and email.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces and may receive your IP address when a page loads.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site, if you accept analytics cookies.
- Google Ads helps us measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries or bookings, if you accept analytics cookies.
Cookies
The site sets one essential cookie, which remembers your cookie choice. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, Google Analytics and Google Ads also set cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site and whether our advertising is effective. These are only set if you choose to accept them, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site or by emailing us. The enquiry form (Tally) loads only when you choose to open it, and booking opens on Calendly’s own website, so no cookies from those tools are set unless you actively use them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email hello@rorastudio.co.uk and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
